Last game is 2pm. We are playing Show Me Those TD’s. They are 4 and 2. Try to be at the tennis courts for a pre-game at 1pm WE ARE GOING TO WIN OUR LAST GAME!!!!
OFFENSE
We will run the same basic formation throughout the game. Three on the line, two spread receivers on the right, one receiver on the left who is out wide. We’ll have a Halfback with the Quarterback. The QB will give routes in a quick huddle if necessary.
Receivers – if you are open throw up a hand! If you are completely wide open and alone wave two hands and yell.
If the QB pump-fakes the ball, receivers change the direction of your route to get separation on your coverage.
The two receivers on the right should occasionally run pick/crossing routes to confuse zone coverage and create opportunity.

We will run the same basic defensive formation throughout the game. THREE THREE TWO. Three on the line. Two linemen will rush one will drop back 3 yards and cover the middle. The two who rush should be different every play. The QB should never know which two are coming. Chacko will call out who is going to rush. Preferably the rush will come from left to send QB running towards his left. The two rushers should have their hands in the air when closing in on the QB.
Linebackers, play your zone and do not bunch up. Remember one guy on the line will be dropping back.
Safeties- Don’t worry about playing zone, just watch the QB (he will 100% of the time stare exactly where he is going to throw.) Also, don’t let anyone get behind you.

Guys who are on the sidelines, call out “ball” when the ball is thrown. Call out “rush” when the QB is past the line of scrimmage and has to run. Call out “lateral” when a short pass looks like it is about to be passed further downfield. Also, just count the men on the sidelines to know if we have 8 on the field.
